Birthday Party Pods
We offer self-serve style birthday parties by booking a Party Pod and then linked Party Admission Tickets to Willows Activity Farm.
You can book a Party Pod for 3 hours to use as a meeting point and for your own catering. Once you've booked your Party Pod you can then buy Party Tickets (minimum of 10 paid for tickets) to enjoy Willows Activity Farm at your leisure. There are two Party Pod sessions to choose from; 10am - 1pm and 2pm - 5pm.
A small fridge will be available in each Party Pod to store a cake , snacks or any drinks you may wish to bring.
Please note this is a self-serve party and NO party host or food is included.
Step 1: Book your Party Pod. Please note, Party Pods are only available on selected weekend dates.
Step 2: On receipt of your Party Pod booking, you'll receive a confirmation email with a link to book your adult and child admission Party Tickets.
You must book a minimum of 10 paid for Party Tickets to receive the reduced Party Ticket price. If less than 10 paid for party tickets are booked, you will have to pay a top up fee at admissions to the on-the-day admission price.
Step 3. On the day of the booking, please try and meet all your guests outside admissions and then enter together using your Party Pod and Party Ticket booking references. You can then leave any items in the Party Pod and use it as you require during your visit.
Please note: These areas are not secure and we recommend that you do not bring or leave any valuables in the Party Pods.
