No. Our online tickets are event based so you choose the ticket based on the event you want to attend. You can then use that ticket once on any of the dates within that event.
Santa Spectacular tickets are the only tickets where we request you choose a date. This is so that we can manage our capacities at Santa's Grotto.
On completion of your order, you will be emailed a Willows DigiTicket containing a barcode and Booking Reference Number. Present this ticket on arrival, or if you don’t have a printer, simply make a note of the Booking Reference Number and bring this with you together with some ID.
Simply make a note of the Booking Reference Number and take this with you to the Entrance.
You will be emailed a Willows DigiTicket that will include your unique Booking Reference Number and a barcode that also contains this number. If you do not have a printer you may make a note of this number and take it with you when you visit Willows Activity Farm. We strongly recommend printing out the email, as the barcode will grant you quicker access.

Willows Activity Farm opens at 10am and closes at 5.30pm (last entry at 4pm). Your ticket entitles you to a full day at Willows and we invite you to arrive and leave at your convenience. You can view the current daily programme at www.willowsfarmvillage.com
There is ample free car parking at Willows Activity Farm.
You need to make a group booking at least two weeks prior to the visit date and pay a non-refundable deposit. For more details visit www.willowsactivityfarm.com or call 0870 129 9718 . Your Willows DigiTicket is not valid against Group Booking admissions.
No. A Willows DigiTicket is not valid in conjunction with a birthday party booking.
No. A Willows DigiTicket is not valid in conjunction with any other special offer, voucher or promotion.
Some of the ground around Willows Activity Farm is uneven but can be accessed by wheelchair with care. There is a wheelchair for customer use on a first come first served basis.
Yes. You can purchase additional tickets on the day at the walk up on the day price.
• Toilets with disabled access and baby changing facilities.
• You can purchase food and drink at Willows at various catering locations (opening times vary)
• Picnic benches are available around Willows Activity Farm with a limited indoor picnic area too
• There are Hand Washing Stops located around Willows Activity Farm for washing hands following contact with animals and before eating and drinking
• You should contact a member of staff in the case of requiring First Aid
• There is a Gift Shop at the exit of Willows Activity Farm

No. The Booking Reference applies to one entry for all tickets shown under that reference – you can not split up the tickets to use on different days. To do this you will need to do separate bookings for the different entry days. We do not charge a booking fee so there is no additional cost to do this.
