Day Ticket with SEN Session
To support our families with children who have challenges being in very crowded places and queuing, we’re opening Willows at 9am (30 minutes earlier than our normal opening times) twice a month (one weekday and one weekend day) as part of a full day ticket.
During this time, children can enjoy the indoor play area in a much quieter way as well as funfair rides and the JCB marquee without queuing. From 9.30am we will provide a quite space in the Indoor Theatre for 30 minutes.
The rest of the farm park and programme is then of course available to enjoy from when we open.
To achieve this, there will be very limited tickets available for this first hour and we respectfully request that the following rules are observed:
1.To buy these tickets the child must be registered as requiring a carer and a carer ticket booked as part of the order (carer tickets are free with a 50p booking fee).
2. It is a requirement that supporting documentation is provided at admissions to endorse the carers tickets; this can be any of the following items:
- Disability Living Allowance or Attendance Allowance letter dated within the last 12 months
- Personal Independence Payment (PIP) letter dated within the last 12 months
- Current and valid Blue Badge
- A letter from a GP or consultant, dated within the last 12 months, confirming the need for a carer/ personal assistant. The carer must be over 16 years of age and capable of assisting the guest who holds the disability
· For visitors who require more than one carer we ask that you bring documentation to support this.
3. All other non-member child/adult tickets must be purchased. There is no additional charge for the day ticket with this additional hour.
4. Members who meet the criteria above must book member tickets to observe the much-reduced numbers available for this first hour of the day.
5. There will be no on the door tickets available if sold out online
Thank you for your understanding
