Birthday Pod Bookings
We offer self-serve style birthday parties.
You can book a Party Pod for 3 hours as a meeting point and for your own catering, and then enjoy Willows Activity Farm at your leisure. There are two Party Pod sessions to choose from, 10am-1pm and 2pm-5pm.
Step 1: Book your Party Pod. Please note, Party Pods are only available on selected weekend dates for up to 30 people (adults and children)
Step 2: On receipt of your Party Pod booking, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to a book your adult and child Party Tickets (you can book once you have confirmed the numbers attending). This link can only be used by the party host and cannot be shared with others.
As a condition of booking the Party Pod, you must book a minimum of 10 paid for Party Tickets. If less than 10 paid for guests, you are required to book the minimum of 10 tickets. The Party Pods hold a maximum of 30 (Adults and children combined).
Step 3: On the day of the booking, please try and meet all your guests outside admissions and then enter together using your Party Pod and Party Ticket booking references. You are then able to leave any items in the Party Pod and use it as you require during your visit.
Please note: These areas are not secure and we recommend that you do not leave any valuables in the Party Pod.
A fridge will be available in each Party Pod to store a cake or any snacks/drinks you wish to bring.
