What’s included in your party package?

  • Full-day entry to Willows Activity Farm, with all activities on the daily programme included*
  • Exclusive use of a Party Room for 2½ hours
  • A tasty children’s meal served in your party area
  • One free adult with each full-paying child guest (all adults must be pre-booked)
  • Two free adults for the birthday child (Only applies to one birthday child in the case of a shared party)
  • A free downloadable party invitation

Here’s how your party works:

Party Schedule

As the party host you can arrive at your party room 15 minutes before your party start time.
You'll then meet your guests at Admissions at the party start time.
Enjoy 90 minutes of farm fun, then head back to your party room for 60 minutes of food** and celebrations.
Your guests are then welcome to go back out onto the farm to enjoy the rest of our programme until closing.

Choose your party size and time

Our Standard Parties are for 10-15 paid for children and our Large Parties are for 16-30 paid for children.

  • 10:00am – 12:30pm
  • 10:30am – 1:00pm
  • 11:00am – 1:30pm
  • 1:30pm – 4:00pm
  • 2:00pm – 4:30pm
  • 2:30pm – 5:00pm

Menu Choices

We will get in touch when you have booked your party to discuss menu choices with you.
You can choose cheese pizza, pepperoni pizza, popcorn chicken or tomato pasta.
We don't provide a birthday cake so you are more than welcome to bring one with you!

Essential information

  • We require the minimum of either 10 children party tickets for our standard parties and 16 children party tickets for a larger party. If you wish to book additional after booking, then please request a link to purchase additional tickets – up to the maximum number of children for that party size as in total 15 children attending a standard party or 30 children attending a large party.
  • We require all food orders 7 days prior to your party date.
  • We provide plastic (reusable) cups for the children with their jugs of water, orange squash, and blackcurrant squash. Plates are disposable. We are happy for you to bring your own themed party paper plates. If you can please pass these onto your organiser on arrival to the farm so we can pass these onto the Food & Beverage Team.
  • Please arrange to meet your party guests at Admissions and enter together as a group.
  • A standard sized fridge will be available in each party room for a cake.
  • You can put up decorations such as banners and balloons using blue tack. We politely ask no confetti canons.
  • Don’t forget candles and a cake slice to serve the birthday cake. Bins are provided in each party room, please ensure you put all rubbish in the bins at the end of the party.
  • As the parent/ carer of the birthday child, you can enter the party room 15 minutes before the start of your booked time and must leave by the end time.
  • Additional food and drinks can be purchased at the refreshment kiosks and the cafe open in Willows Activity Farm.
  • Willows Activity Farm is an alcohol free-site; this includes our party rooms.
  • Please note there is no party host but staff will be available to help with any queries.
  • Adjacent party rooms may be in use at the same time as your party.
  • You are not permitted to bring in external entertainers or characters as we have exclusive Peter Rabbit licensing here on the farm and plenty to enjoy!
