Day Tickets with SEN Session 9am – 10.00am
To support our families with children who have challenges being in very crowded places and queuing, we’re opening Willows at 9am (30 minutes earlier than our normal opening times) twice a month (one weekday and one weekend day) as part of a full day ticket.
During this time, children can enjoy the indoor play area in a much quieter way as well as funfair rides and Jolly Junction without queuing.
The rest of the farm park and programme is then of course available to enjoy from when we open.
To achieve this, there will be very limited tickets available for these sessions and we respectfully request that the following rules are observed:
1.To buy these tickets the child must be registered as requiring a carer and an Essential Companion ticket booked as part of the order (Essential Companion tickets are free with a 50p booking fee).
2. It is a requirement that supporting documentation is provided at admissions to endorse the Essential Companion tickets. To help us offer the best possible experience, Willows Activity Farm has partnered with Nimbus Disability and The Access Card. Please show your card on arrival.
For visitors who require more than one carer we ask that you bring documentation to support this.
3. All other non-member child/adult tickets must be purchased. There is no additional charge for the day ticket with this additional hour.
4. Members who meet the criteria above must book member tickets to observe the much-reduced numbers available for this first hour of the day.
5. There will be no on the door tickets available if sold out online.
6. We understand that some children may have difficulty following soft play safety rules due to SEN. During SEN sessions, the supervising adult must sign a waiver accepting responsibility for their child’s safety. This waiver applies only to SEN sessions and not to any other visits. A staff member will provide the waiver to sign.
Thank you for your understanding
